UF Veterinary Hospitals Strategic PLan

UF Veterinary Hospitals Strategic Plan 2026–2030 provides a shared roadmap for advancing our mission of improving animal health through exceptional care, discovery, and learning. Guided by our vision to be the destination for advancing animal care, this plan is rooted in our core values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence. These values shape how we work, how we care for our patients, and how we support one another.

Over the next four years, we will focus our efforts on three interconnected priorities: developing and empowering our technicians and staff, improving systems and operational efficiency, and creating a seamless, patient-centered experience. Through stronger training and career development, streamlined workflows and modernized technology, and a consistent commitment to compassionate care and communication, we will create an environment where our people can thrive, our teams can work more effectively, and our patients and clients receive the exceptional care they deserve. Together, these efforts will strengthen our hospital, advance veterinary medicine, and position UF Veterinary Hospitals for continued excellence in care, teaching, and discovery.
