The UF Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC) Equine Care and Small Animal Services will temporarily relocate on the following dates:
Equine Care Services Update
From December 1-22, 2025, limited equine care will temporarily relocate to Barn W, located adjacent to UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC.
The services listed below will be available during this time period:
- Full examinations – including lameness, neurological and physical exams
- Endoscopy – including upper airway, dynamic upper airway and gastroscopy
- Ultrasound
- Distal limb radiographs
- Most other services not listed below
The services listed below will NOT be available during this time period:
- Imaging
- Standing MRI
- CT
- Radiology studies requiring overhead (hip, pelvis)
- Rehabilitation
- Aquatreadmill (not available staring November 22, 2025)
- Salt therapy
- Vibration therapy
- Solarium
- Coggins test
- No overnight hospitalization
Small Animal Care Services Update
From January 5–23, 2026, limited small animal care will temporarily relocate to UF Pet Emergency Treatment Services, located at 3200 SW 27th Avenue, Suite 101, Ocala, FL 34474.
The services listed below will be available during this time period:

- Surgery
- Tech Visits
The services listed below will NOT be available during this time period:
- Boarding
- Specialty services (Integrative/Ophthalmology)
- Dentistry
- Grooming
