Our mission at the UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC is to provide performance horses and their owners with expert and compassionate veterinary care through state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment capabilities. Care is provided by distinguished veterinarians who are board-certified in their areas of expertise including sports medicine, diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation.
Using the highest standards of practice and state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic modalities, we are able to provide early and accurate diagnosis and treatment of problems that limit performance in horses. With facilities located at both the World Equestrian Center in Ocala and at the University of Florida in Gainesville, we deliver this broad-spectrum care in concert with a full-service equine specialty referral hospital to cover any veterinary need and deliver the best possible care for your horse.
